Yes. You'll appear as an Emoji ID (🐠, 🚀, 🎯, etc.) in each thread. Neighbors can follow your replies, but no one knows who you are.
ONLY deeded community owners. We verify with public records and mailed/utility verification. Renters, bots, and outsiders are excluded.
Your access is revoked automatically when deed records update. The new owner receives their own code.
